SERVICES

Mix It Up – Live life your way provides individualised support for people who may  have a disability, mental health condition, experience memory loss, are ageing or socially isolated and accompanies people over the age of 18 to participate in social, community and recreational activities of their choosing.

The type of support provided is developed around your individual needs and unique situation. We work with the individual and their representative, to overcome the barriers that currently limit their ability to access the activities, or events they would like to undertake, by providing emotional and physical support in a non-judgmental way.

Participants can choose to be accompanied to a one-off event, short term or ongoing activities.
