They hold a variety of qualifications in mental health services, disability services, aged care and community services. Along with having extensive experience in working with people from a person-centred perspective. All workers hold current criminal history screening clearances and have a current First Aid certificate. Workers are also trained in Mental Health First Aid and Cultural Competences.
